Nature's Wellness Box was so nice to gift me this box to share with you today, so let's dive into what came included in the July Summer Box!

Firstly we have the Green Cricket SPF 30 Face Moisturizing Mineral Sunscreen. Which I was very excited about. I had actually been looking up how to make my own natural sunscreen the last 2 summers and just never got around to buying the ingredients for it so this was very appreciated and put to use right away. My skin is very fair so I burn really easily, I'm also all about that skincare and SPF is one of the most important things your can do for your delicate face! This left my face feeling hydrated after being in the sun all afternoon and a little silky to the touch.

Retail price is $20

The Green Cricket SPF 30 Face Moisturizing Mineral Sunscreen is a 100% natural - source sunscreen lotion specifically designed for your face. This fragrance free sunscreen is both gentle and moisturizing, and is safe for even the most sensitive of skin.

Ingredients: Zinc Oxide powder; Isoamyl Cocoate; Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil; Caprylic/ Capric Triglyceride; Cera Alba (beeswax); Persea gratissima

Next is the Standing Stone Wellness Eucalyptus & Mint Shower Streamers. Which is the Aromatherapy product of the month! These shower steamers are made with eucalyptus, peppermint and rosemary essential oils. They provide a spa life experience and are so easy to use. Just place on the shower floor where the water will find it and enjoy the experience of essential oils!

Retail price is $9

This comes with a set of 3 and if you don't have time to soak in a bath, these are the next best thing to help relax and do a little self care.

Next is the Nature's Body Lotion with Rosehip Essence. I am obsessed with roses and rosehips so I personally love the delicate scent of this. This lotion has a subtle woody, earthly smell of rosehip essence with pomegranate oil and is a long lasting, rich hydration for hands and the body with Nature's all natural body lotion. Nature's Body Cream does not contain any SLS, SLES, artificial fragrances or parabens. This was a little runny from traveling in the peak of the summer heat however I just put mine in the fridge and honestly it's even nicer when you put it on cold after being in the sun and the heat all day!

Retail price is $25

Arise N' Go Popped Water Lilly Seeds. I had never hear of these before so I was very curious as to what they would be like and what they were! Popped water lilly seeds are also known as Makhana. An ancient seed that have been around for centuries. With a strong Asian descent & immense medicinal value, these seeds are a fundamental ingredient in many Indian and Chinese households. Makhana are naturally low in calories, high in fibre and essential amino acids, making them one of the best plant-based protein sources!

These are so neat and sort of like popped corn if I could relate them to anything, they are spiced with tumeric, jaggery and himalayan salt, making these a very tasty little snack!

Retail price is $4

Above & Beeyond Beeswax Wrap. This is a medium sized beeswax wrap which I had also been looking into trying out, so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to see one of these in there! Beeswax wraps provide a sustainable alternative to plastic wrap. Made from natural materials and can last up to 18 months and then be composted. These are hand-made wraps made in British Columbia with

  • 100% Cotton Fabric

  • 100% Pure Canadian Beeswax produced in BC
